Lifestyle Management & Personal Support (Core Responsibility)
* Coordinate international travel, private residences, family logistics, and personal appointments.
* Manage household staff, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring flawless day-to-day operations.
* Handle sensitive, confidential, and personal matters with absolute discretion.
* Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and ensure the CEO’s life runs smoothly.
Executive & Business Support
* Manage a dynamic and high-priority diary, meetings, and travel schedule.
* Serve as the first point of contact for investors, senior team members, and external stakeholders.
* Assist with ad hoc projects, research, and reporting related to investments or business operations.
