The ideal candidate will ideally have the following or equivalent • NVQ Level 3 in Construction/Engineering. • Technical Qualification. • SMSTS/IOSH Managing Safely. • Relevant CSCS card. • First aid at work. • Project management qualification preferred. • Organizational and analytical skills. • Experience with Document Management Systems. • SME experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Knowledge of statutory requirements. • Experience in Building Services/Data Centre projects
