Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Garden Maintenance Team Leader to oversee our gardening projects and lead our team of passionate gardeners in delivering a furst class maintenance service. This role is based in the UK and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to beautiful outdoor environments while supporting our company's mission of excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily gardening and landscape maintenance activities.
Supervise a team of gardeners, ensuring high standards of work and safety.
Plan and organize work schedules to meet client needs.
Maintain and operate gardening tools and equipment efficiently.
Support team members with horticultural techniques and best practices.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscape techniques.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to plan and organise work effectively.
A passion for horticulture and outdoor environments.
Level 2 RHS (Minimum qualification or equivalent)
PA1/PA6 Licences
Full clean UK driving licence
