The role:
As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and staff. You will support and coach your team to excel, drive restaurant performance, and achieve excellent results.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team through training and development to maintain high standards
* Planning and managing shifts to ensure proper coverage and team engagement
* Managing labour, rotas, and understanding financial performance
* Celebrating success and recognizing individual contributions
