Job Title: Property Administrator / Assistant Property Manager - Block Management
Location: London (Office-Based)
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 DOE
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)
Are you an experienced administrator with a background in property or secretarial support? We’re seeking a dedicated and organised Property Administrator / Assistant Property Manager to join a well-established property management business in a flexible, office-based role.
This position would suit someone with a good working knowledge of Qube, general property admin processes, and excellent attention to detail—perfect for someone who enjoys being a reliable support within a small team. Whether you’re early in your career or looking for a slightly slower pace after years in the industry, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration and support for the property management team
Organising and maintaining digital and physical filing systems
Monitoring and responding to emails via the central info inbox
Taking calls and handling basic tenant and contractor enquiries
Issuing works orders to contractors and tracking completion
Key management and office supplies coordination
Supporting with basic accounts administration (e.g., invoice filing, liaising with accounts team)
Potential management of a small residential portfolio (approx. 6 blocks/houses) over time
Assisting the senior manager with daily administrative tasks and relieving workload
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience using Qube property management software (essential)
Previous experience in property administration, secretarial support, or office coordination / management
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills and professional phone manner
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Flexible attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
Desirable:
Understanding of basic property management processes
Prior experience in managing small residential portfolios
