5. Drive value through competitive procurement processes and contract management.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards.

8. Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Category Manager should have:
9. Proven experience in category management within infrastructure or construction sectors.
10. Strong understanding of framework agreements (open and closed).
11. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
12. Knowledge of public procurement regulations and best practices.
13. Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver strategic insights.
