What you'll do
As part of a busy team, you will be the first point of contact for retailers and non-household customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will be responsible for handling various work requests, including new water meter installations and verifying market data, while monitoring each job until completion.
This role involves both call handling and responding to written complaints within a small team, managing your workload effectively.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll need to liaise with internal departments and challenge them when necessary to meet regulatory performance targets.
What you'll need
You should have experience in delivering customer service, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Problem-solving ability and initiative are key, especially when dealing with challenging market requirements.
You will work well under pressure, aiming to meet personal targets and regulatory metrics.
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word is essential.
