They are seeking a qualified Domestic Gas Engineer to cover the Aylesbury & Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance within domestic social housing properties on a Housing Association contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out annual Gas Safety Checks (LGSR)
* Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems
* Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring tenants receive excellent care
* Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience with gas qualifications
