Overview
The Role
As Mowlem Group’s Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and coordinating marketing and communications activities across the organisation’s global operations. Your role will support the implementation of the global marketing strategy through the delivery of fully integrated campaigns designed to raise brand awareness, strengthen market positioning, and support business growth.
Adopting a hands-on approach, you will plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, drive engagement through integrated communications plans, and manage day-to-day activity across digital platforms.
The role spans traditional and digital marketing, content creation, public relations, internal communications and event coordination.

Responsibilities
* Support the Business Development Director in executing the annual marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and business growth objectives. Provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Development Director to ensure effective delivery of marketing activities
* Coordinate and deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, social media, print, PR, and events
* Drive and support global marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and market presence; Developing and manage marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, award submissions, and promotional materials
* Monitor departmental progress against agreed KPIs and objectives, preparing monthly performance reports and recommendations
* Manage day-to-day activity across the organisation’s social media platforms, preparing engaging content aligned with brand guidelines
* Plan, coordinate, and attend exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and corporate events, managing logistics from planning through execution
* Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies including advertising, design, digital, and PR partners
* Support internal and external communications initiatives across global regions
Your Experience & Skills
* Third level marketing related qualification or similar
* Experience in enhancing and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to incorporate digital marketing and public relations
* Track record of executing successfully targeted marketing communications campaigns
* Experience of managing external agencies including advertising and design
* Ability to organise and present engaging content for various target audiences and stakeholders
* Social media and software management
* Experience of research and reporting
* Experience of event organisation
