The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload ofmercial disputes, which may include:
1. Contract and shareholder disputes
2. Professional negligence matters
3. Intellectual property litigation
4. Insolvency‑related claims
This position is ideal for candidates with 1PQE or above, and offers earlier responsibility, greater autonomy, and direct client access from day one.
About You
We wee applications frommercial litigators who can demonstrate:
5. Ability to manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution
6. Experience advising clients on a wide range of contentiousmercial matters
7. Strong drafting skills (pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, contracts, etc.)
8. Confident legal research, analysis, and strategic thinking
9. A proactive,mercial mindset and the desire to grow client relationships
10. Professionalmunication skills and a collaborative approach
