The Senior Manager, International Project Management will oversee and drive growth initiative projects from strategy through execution. He/she will be the project management expert to spearhead efficient process and workflow with cross-functional partners based in London, New York and California. On top of the growth initiatives, this person will manage a complex warehouse relocation project in the UK.
Oversee and manage growth initiative projects from inception to execution. Create project timelines and interdependencies to help the team deliver each project with excellence. Establish schedule and meeting cadence for key initiatives with cross functional teams (sales, visual merchandising, marketing, operations and creative) to drive execution, approval process and collaboration.
· Manage a comprehensive project plan for the warehouse relocation, managing all aspects of stock movement, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing logistics operations, and ensuring minimal disruption to services during the transition.
· Conduct an analysis of current workload for the team. Based on the analysis, establish and apply new process(es) and associated timelines to ensure appropriate lead times to meet expected deliverables.
· Take on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Communicate effectively the objectives of projects and partner with internal departments such as sales, marketing, visual merchandising, regulatory and operations
· Proven experience managing cross functional projects from start to finish
· Ability to anticipate team workload and establish schedules/ timelines/workflow to meet project deadlines
· Complete understanding of company process to build time and action schedule from concept to project completion
· Familiarity with supply chain processes and a keen understanding of customer demand and service levels to ensure an effective balance between stock movement and maintaining high service standards during the warehouse relocation project.
· Knowledge of excel, experience in Wrike is a plus
· Understand project goals and requirements, technical constraints, budget and schedule
· 7-8 years of project management experience
