As a Consortium Support Analyst you'll be responsible for tendering, negotiating, validating, and accepting Flexibly & Consortium price supply agreements for Sustainable Energy First clients. Build and maintain supplier relationships to manage query resolution and escalations. Manage the central co-ordination of the consortiums as well as updating the relevant system with Flexible supply contract details.
In this role you will be:
* Responsible for tendering, negotiating, validating, and accepting supply agreements for Sustainable Energy First clients, including offer assessment, entry, negotiation, and feedback received on tenders for our Flex and Consortium customers
* Co-ordination of consortium site lists and trade shapes for allocated portfolios, including updating key data to Sustainable Energy First systems.
* Co-ordination of site lists for allocated Flexible supply contract tenders.
* Validation of consortium rates and accurate addition of key data to Sustainable Energy First systems.
* Accurate addition of key data to Sustainable Energy First systems for Flexible supply contract customers.
* Building and maintaining supplier relationships and have a key understanding of products and industry developments.
* Co-ordinate workload, proactively dealing with any queries.
* Engagement with Procurement specialists and account managers
* Manage offer entry, assessment/evaluation, and validation prior to client acceptance
* Build and maintain supplier relationships and have a key understanding of products and industry developments to proactively resolve client/supplier contract queries
* Regularly communicate with suppliers, peers, and clients to resolve queries, problem solving any escalated issues and highlighting complex queries to the key stakeholders
* Ensure accurate data added to the relevant system, where appropriate, in line with Sustainable Energy First processes and requirements
* Provide regular updates to Procurement Management Team including MI reporting
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written to articulate to both clients and suppliers
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Intermediate user of Excel
* Intermediate user of Fusion
* Good knowledge and /or experience of the energy industry, particularity energy supply
* Ability to tender, negotiate and accept supply agreements
* Ability to resolve client/supplier queries proactively and promptly
* Good analytical skills and numerical aptitude
* Good organisational and timekeeping skills
* Team oriented, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders e.g., with energy suppliers and clients
* Effective planning skill with the ability to set and work to deadlines
* Accurate with ability to pay close attention to detail
* Ability to take ownership of the completion of tasks
Other information
Salary : Up to £26,000 per annum
Holidays : 25 days + bank holidays + your birthday off
