Account Manager
The House of Creed is an authentic, luxury perfume house dedicated to the creation of highly original artisan fragrances made from the finest perfume ingredients the world has to offer.
We are seeking an Account Manager for Creed in John Lewis Welwyn Garden City. The role requires a strong focus on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
Purpose of the role
As an Account Manager for the House of Creed, you play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's prestige and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary objectives are to share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Knowledge and Team Leadership: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Creed fragrances, provide guidance, motivation, and ongoing training to Luxury Brand Ambassadors, and meet sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
* Visual Presentation: Ensure the retail space reflects the luxury of the brand through impeccable visual merchandising.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain day‑to‑day management of the Creed counter, achieving sales and service targets.
* Clienteling Skills: Build a loyal customer network and orchestrate client networking events.
* Sales Planning and Review: Develop and implement a robust sales plan, set financial targets and KPIs, review performance data.
* Stock Management: Manage stock levels and stay informed about retail trends and competitor activities.
Line of Reporting
Reporting directly to the Sales & Education Manager, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Skills and Experience
* Previous retail sales management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
* High attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
* Experience in client/customer interactions.
* Proficiency in MS Office programmes.

* Eager to learn and share knowledge.
