What You’ll Need: Minimum 12 months’ experience in a children’s residential care setting QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) – essential Experience leading or supervising teams Full UK manual driving licence – essential (rural location) Willingness to work long days, sleep-ins, weekends & unsociable hours Able to be part of the on-call management rota Your Role as a Senior Support Worker: As a Residential Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people to achieve their potential and thrive within a therapeutic, structured and nurturing environment.
