Job Description
3. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives within the B2B food market
4. Manage and grow key client relationships with the Food Manufacturers
5. Optimise existing contracts and further Identify new business opportunities
6. Cross functional workings with the NPD, innovators, chefs, food creators, designers and deliverers
7. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximise profitability
9. Maintain a thorough understanding of the FMCG industry and its evolving landscape within B2B
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Manager - B2B Food will have:
10. Strong experience within Foodservice, preferably Ingredients into the Food Manufacturers
11. Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively
12. Problem solver with the ability to service clients needs within a commercial framework
13. Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans
14. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams inc. NPD, Technical, Chef's etc.
