The team is responsible for ensuring that the service levels are upheld, aiding internal colleagues, external clients, and customers with technical-related queries. As Technical Services Coordinator, you will provide support to clients, colleagues, and partner companies within our technical department. You will provide a focused team effort, deliver a high level of administrative expertise, and provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure the technical department runs effectively by checking and processing technical communications, persistently delivering a high standard of technical documentation through checking and authoring processes, as well as providing administrative support.
