Job Description
This is a full-time permanent position within the London Real Estate team. The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced group of lawyers on a broad range of commercial property matters including:
3. Acquisitions and disposals of investment property (including sale and leaseback)
4. Landlord and tenant work (acting for both sides)
5. Development site acquisitions and disposals
6. Portfolio management and supervision of junior colleagues
7. Title review and reporting
8. Coordination with other teams on cross-practice transactions
9. You'll be joining a team led by a senior partner, supported by legal directors, consultants, associates, trainees, and paralegals, with dedicated PA support. The team is part of a national property group with specialists in planning, litigation, finance, and construction.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for a qualified solicitor (ideally 1-3 years PQE) with solid experience in commercial property and landlord and tenant matters. You'll be:
