Salary: £58,000 Basic - OTE £65,000

Shifts:5 on 5 off and 4 on 4 off Continentals (Days and Nights)
Training: Full training package, including Siemens PLC and robotics up to Level 3

Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisorready to take the next step into leadership? Our client, a well-established and reputable company with over 80 years of industry experience, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisorto oversee and develop a highly automated maintenance team in Aldridge.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role while still being hands-on with cutting-edge technology, including robotics, conveyors, and presses. With a strong focus on training and progression, you will have access to industry-leading development programs to enhance both your technical and leadership skills.
The Role: Maintenance Supervisor
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of maintenance engineers to ensure high performance.
* Coordinate and oversee both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime.
* Take ownership of continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
* Ensure health & safety standards and compliance regulations are met.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive a culture of excellence and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For: Maintnenance Supervisor
* A Level 3 or above engineering qualification.
* Previous experience in a leadership in Team leader, supervisor or senior role
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
* Excellent communication and team management abilities.
* A positive and adaptable mindset to drive improvements.
