Who You Are We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with supervisory experience who is dedicated to helping students in Plymouth get to school. You should be a great communicator with a can-do attitude and possess customer service experience. A sense of humor is essential as no two days are the same. What the job involves This part-time role involves working 29.6 hours a week from Tuesday to Friday, within the School Transport Team. You will be supporting Passenger Assistants and may need to travel with them and the students. Your duties will include handling phone queries from parents, schools, and operators, completing Health & Safety forms and investigations, and undertaking other grade-appropriate tasks. Skills Full clean driving licence Access to a vehicle for travel around Plymouth Supervisory experience Understanding of Health and Safety Computer literate in Microsoft packages and databases Able to work on own initiative Enhanced level DBS Sense of humour Experience with Special Educational Needs (desirable)
