The Role You will have overall responsibility for the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Science department, overseeing Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 provision where applicable. Alongside a reduced teaching timetable, you will lead curriculum development, raise standards, and ensure consistently high-quality teaching and learning.
