An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a well-established business within the plant, machinery, and outdoor equipment sector. This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support, and order processing. You will be the first point of contact for both business and consumer customers, managing enquiries across face-to-face, phone, and email channels while delivering an excellent customer experience.
