Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Kidderminster, DY14
Salary: £31,118 - £31,784 (inclusive of sleep-ins)
About the Role: As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
1. Provide support and care for young people with disabilities in a residential setting.
2. Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children and young adults.
3. Collaborate with a team of professionals to implement care plans and activities.
4. Foster positive relationships with residents, promoting their well-being and development.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. NVQ Level 3 in working with children or an equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience working with children and/or young adults.
3. Enhanced DBS.
4. A valid driving licence.
5. A commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.
6. Candidates must be 22 years old or above, in line with children’s home regulations.
