An experienced Business Analyst is now sought by a globally recognised retail organisation. As the successful Business Analyst, you will join an existing team with a personal focus on supporting digital and back-end system change projects for a portfolio of core business applications. To meet the needs of a demanding stakeholder population.
Key task of the Business Analyst
1. Requirement Definition – identify, analyse and challenge business and user requirements
2. System Analysis - create functional specifications and process flows, communicate technical requirements to technical teams
3. Enterprise and Business Architecture – understand the functionality of existing and proposed systems architectures
4. Stakeholder Management – sit between stakeholders / users and technical teams
5. Collaberate - with cross functional project delivery teams
6. User Acceptance Testing
Essential experience of the successful Business Analyst
7. Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst delivering working within digital change programmes
8. Specific experience of delivering back-end system change projects, with relevant technical understanding
9. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence
10. Comprehensive knowledge of the application of Use Cases, Process Maps and User Journeys
11. Proficient in business process modelling, documentation, and analysis techniques
12. Ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
The Business Analyst will be offered to £45,000 to £55,000 + Car + Flexible Benefits package.
The role is hybrid with 2 to 3 days a week in the office in Milton Keynes (non-negotiable)
