We're currently recruiting a dedicated Relief Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 16.25 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:
1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
2. Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
3. Being a responsible key holder.
4. Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties.
5. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
6. Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
7. Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times.
8. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
9. Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
Our ideal Relief Team Leader will have:
1. Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
2. Good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
3. A team player with a can-do attitude.
4. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
