We are working with a pioneering consultancy at the forefront of the UK’s defence and security innovation. Our client is seeking an FPGA Engineer to support the design and development of cutting-edge technologies that have a real-world impact on national security.
As an FPGA Engineer, you will be involved across the full product lifecycle: from capturing requirements through to design, implementation, testing, and prototype delivery. This position offers a varied and intellectually stimulating environment, working closely with highly skilled scientists, engineers, and designers to turn concepts into working solutions at speed.

Key Skills and Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in FPGA firmware development (VHDL/Verilog) using toolchains such as Vivado or Quartus.
2. Proven track record of design and implementation of complex systems.
3. Strong academic background with a relevant engineering or scientific degree.
4. Experience in developing DSP algorithms is highly advantageous.
