Cooling Tech is a relatively small specialist engineering division of approximately 100 staff. The hierarchical structure is quite flat, so this is an opportunity for a ‘non-engineering' specialist to interact with senior Division Managers to drive policy, change and best practice as an integrated part of the senior management team. You can make a real difference, and your professional voice will be sought out.
