Your new role
As part of the firm’s strategic plans, it is looking to appoint a corporate lawyer at Senior Associate or Partner level. The role will see you play a pivotal role within the department as both a dealmaker, mentor and leader.
The firm and department has a strong position in its market and boasts an excellent client roster that is largely SME in focus. The firm is full service and can support your clients across all major practice areas.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a corporate lawyer operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level. With a strong track record as a corporate lawyer, you should be adept at leading on and managing deals.
Although a client following is not essential, it is important that you have the desire and appetite to win and develop work. You will have amercial and pragmatic approach and be a true team player who is able to work seamlessly across all levels of the business.
