The Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at this award-winning property.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef who loves fresh, seasonal cooking and wants to progress within a professional, 2 Rosette-standard kitchen. You’ll work under an experienced Head Chef and alongside a supportive team who share a dedication to craftsmanship, sustainability, and calm, focused service.

Your Role
* Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to 2 Rosette standard
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service and consistency
* Assist in menu development and seasonal specials
* Support with ordering, prep management, and stock rotation
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and section cleanliness
* Uphold all food safety and EHO standards at all times
* Contribute positively to a friendly, professional kitchen culture

About You
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a fresh food or 2 Rosette kitchen
* Passionate about local, seasonal ingredients and creative modern British cooking
* Reliable, organised, and able to manage your section independently
* Calm and professional under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
* A positive team player who enjoys learning and growing within a talented brigade
