The Position Being part of a team of between five and eight employees, primarily ensuring our clients mail / products are processed and dispatched in a timely manner, reporting any variances to your shift supervisor, Previous experience in the mail/courier industries is preferred but full training will be provided. The Responsibilities of the role are as follows: Punctual and reliable. Ensuring all supplier Pre-alerts are accurately completed. Client Inbound pre-alerts checked and reconciled. Able to work to tight deadlines. Accurate and have attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable, as you are likely to undertake several different tasks in one shift. Processing international and domestic mail Ensure full compliance with the companys Health and Safety Policy and Statutory Regulations. Any other duties deemed necessary to support the operational requirements within the business. Working hours: 08:00 18:00, Monday to Friday The Individual Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following attributes: Excellent understanding of the English language, both written and verbal Possess excellent communication skills Strong work ethic with the ability to manage and exceed expectations A focussed mind with a keen eye for detail Confident with IT Systems and Computers with user knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office.
