Role: Science Teacher
Location: Reddish Hall School, Stockport SK5 6UY
Salary: Up to £32,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

About the Role
As a qualified teacher with a passion for making a difference, you will respond to the needs of pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs, helping them flourish. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, developing innovative methods that stimulate interest. Working with Outcomes First Group allows you to work creatively, utilizing extensive resources and support.
You will observe, monitor, and assess students, ensuring their personal development and wellbeing are prioritized alongside academic progress.
As a Science teacher, you will plan, deliver, and teach lessons in accordance with the School Curriculum framework, fostering enthusiasm for the subject. You will support the Subject Lead in improving Science learning and contribute to planning cycles with clear objectives and quality improvement plans.

A passionate teacher and effective communicator, comfortable engaging with pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs, and contributing to the school’s vision. Our teachers become part of their school’s ‘family’, exploring the environment and building relationships with pupils and colleagues.
You will enjoy building caring relationships and liaising with professionals in and outside the school.
