Hayward Hawk is partnering with a rapidly growing organisation to recruit for a HR Advisoras they strengthen their HR function to better support their workforce and growth plans. What You'll Do: Provide HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation Support employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management Assist with recruitment processes from job posting through to onboarding Coordinate interviews, offers, contracts, and induction programmes Maintain accurate employee records and help manage HR systems Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting Assist in training, development, and performance management initiatives Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture Support absence management and offboarding processes What You'll Need: CIPD level 5 + Experience operating within a fast-paced, growing organisation Knowledge of NI and/or ROI employment law Ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the business Proactive, solutions-focused, and hands-on approach Highly organised with strong attention to detail Experience managing employee relations casework What You'll Get: Competitive salary 30 days annual leave Pension contribution Training & development opportunities Supportive culture
