With a newly launched mobile app already being used by thousands, they’re entering an exciting growth phase—and are now looking to bring on their first in-house UI/UX Designer. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process across mobile and web products Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes based on product requirements Collaborate with founders, engineers, and occasionally external partners Continuously test and iterate on designs to improve user experience and performance Develop and maintain internal design standards and best practices What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a commercial UI/UX design role A strong portfolio demonstrating both mobile and web design work Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities A strong eye for design detail, usability, and user-centric problem solving Nice to Have Experience designing for mobile interfaces with space and usability constraints Background working in startups or early-stage product teams Comfortable collaborating directly with company founders and defining product requirements Why Apply?
