We strive to help ensure the dependability and quality of our clients’ products. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Coodinator. This role will be based at one of our 4 factories on the Ferndown Industrial Estate. This exciting role will be responsible for working closely and supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments. This role is essential for maintaining an organised, efficient, and customer-focused sales team. The role is detail-oriented, thinks ahead, and takes initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise. Key Responsibilities Provide close, ongoing support to the Sales Manager, acting as a trusted right-hand person in daily operations. Coordinate sales activities, schedules, meetings, and follow-ups. Prepare sales reports, presentations, quotations, and documentation as required. Track sales activities and ensure timely follow-up on leads, enquiries and customer requests. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s top accounts, including key contacts, pricing structures, and ongoing activity. Monitor account activity and flag opportunities, risks, or changes to the Sales Manager. Support customer communication and ensure a high level of service and responsiveness. Anticipate upcoming needs, deadlines, and potential challenges for the sales team. Take initiative to improve processes, workflows, and communication. Ensure nothing “falls through the cracks” by staying ahead of tasks and priorities. Maintain an organised and efficient office environment, including filing systems (digital and physical). Ensure sales materials, documents, and shared resources are up to date and easily accessible. Support general office administration as required to keep operations running smoothly. Skills & Experience Proven experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role. Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail. Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and work independently. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders, particularly a sales Manager. Personal Attributes Reliable, adaptable, and solution oriented. Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility. Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills. This role is based on site Monday to Friday.
