Labombe by Trivet, a new partnership between the team behind two
Michelin-Starred restaurant Trivet and COMO Metropolitan London, based on Park
Lane, Mayfair.

Labombe by Trivet is a
wine-forward restaurant; an evolution of the original bar concept created by
Co-Founders, Michelin Starred
Chef Jonny Lake and Master
Sommelier Isa Bal. Labombe by Trivet is more than just a culinary
experience; it’s a celebration of expertly curated wine and thoughtfully
crafted food. Rooted in authenticity,curiosity, and a commitment to
quality, Labombe by Trivet merges creativity with tradition to create moments

We’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie who is ready to bring precision, creativity, and a love for exceptional food to our kitchen. As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running a section of the kitchen, maintaining high standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering outstanding dishes.

This is a unique opportunity for a Chef de Partie to be part of an exciting, experienced team and contribute to the development of a new culinary destination in the heart of Mayfair.

What You’ll Do:

* Run and maintain standards on your assigned kitchen section
* Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are upheld
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For:

* At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel
* Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
* A strong team player with a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Passion for food, precision, and continuous improvement
