We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional, with a striking personality, who can support in leading an amazing team in this game changing sports bar. The ideal candidate will have: Previous people management and hospitality experience. Experience in a venue of high volume. Ability to understand guest’s needs. Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations. Ability to lead and coach a team. Good organisation and communication skills. Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade. Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development. Ability to communicate effectively with all departments. Excellent financial acumen.
