We are looking for an efficient and organised claims executive to join our growing personal injury department.
PREVIOUS CLAIMS HANDLING EXPERIENCE IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT WILL ATTRACT A HIGHER SALARY.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the management of personal injury claims from initial enquiry to resolution
* Liaising with clients, insurers, and other professionals via phone and email
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
* Supporting solicitors with day-to-day casework
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Punctual, professional, and highly organised
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
* A willingness to learn and adapt
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is advantageous but not essential
* Bonus - Have experience in dealing with claims under CPAP, from inception to settlement.
The role within this growing team will be to manage your own caseload and support fee earners.

Pay: £22,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
