About the Role:
You’ll deliver the Food and Nutrition curriculum at KS3 and KS4, working in a modern kitchen classroom with full technician support. The school promotes healthy living, sustainability, and technical skill development through an engaging, hands-on curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach a practical and theory-based food curriculum

Promote safety, creativity, and independent learning

Organise assessments, cook-offs, and themed weeks

Support students in preparing for GCSEs and Level 2 BTECs

Contribute to wider DT collaboration and cross-curricular STEM links
Candidate Requirements:

Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or similar; QTS required

Strong classroom presence and subject knowledge

Passion for practical learning and healthy lifestyle education

Willingness to run clubs, competitions, or after-school workshops
