Technical Document Analyst
Working as part of the Application Change Management Team, this role will support documentation preparation to support application change and configuration across multiple applications used within the Underwriting & Schemes division within the PIB Group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation including policy wordings, IPIDs, notices of change, policy schedules, certificates, policy related letter/email templates.
2. Review change requests submitted by the business and effectively capture and document requirements.
3. Ensure all technical documentation complies with company standards and guidelines and is accurate, comprehensive, and kept up-to-date.
4. Support document changes across multiple applications, focussing on delivering quality and value.
5. Assess and evaluate changes to documentation and applications to identify potential impacts and risks.
6. Ensure effective communication to relevant stakeholders including the status of their current requests, and progress of inflight changes.
7. Effectively configure applications (where possible) as part of the change management process.
8. Undertake proof reading or system integration testing and in some cases, user acceptance testing.
