Were looking for a Sales Administrator Manufacturing / Engineering Environment to join a busy and fast-growing team supporting everything from customer orders and technical documentation to quoting and production coordination. If you love problem-solving, keeping things organised, and working closely with sales, production, and engineering teams this could be a fantastic next step for you. What Youll Be Doing Sales Administrator Manufacturing / Engineering Environment Process customer sales orders with precision including custom builds and complex specifications. Review orders against technical drawings, BOMs, and client specs to make sure every detail is right before production starts. Generate and issue Works Orders to the factory and ensure all documentation is linked and compliant. Double-check every quote and order for pricing, terms, materials, and compliance accuracy. Liaise daily with Production and Planning to monitor lead times, update delivery dates, and flag any technical issues early. Costing & Quotation Support Gather data on raw material costs, labour rates, and supplier pricing to help create accurate quotes. Prepare and format technical quotations for customers, ensuring everything looks professional and correct. Track and log all quotes follow up on deadlines, updates, and design changes. Keep pricing documentation, product configurations, and SLAs up to date. What Were Looking For Experience in Sales Administration, Technical Support, or Customer Service within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Ability to read or interpret technical specifications or drawings. Confident using ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle) and strong Excel skills (data analysis, costing, pivots). Great communication and teamwork skills able to act as the bridge between Sales, Production, and Engineering.
