Main Responsibilities
Your Role Will Include
* Picking customers orders from location
* Accurately loading and unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles
* Checking paperwork is completed correctly
* Safely moving and correctly categorising customer items within the warehouse
* Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
* Working as a team
* Safely using ArrowXL technical equipment
* Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
* Representing ArrowXL to the highest standard

* Experience working in a similar, fast-paced operational environment
* A positive, can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Ability to prioritise Health and Safety for yourself and your colleagues
* Confidence to work with computer systems (specific system training will be provided)
* A reliable, punctual and flexible approach
