Position:
We are looking for a highly organised and professional Admin Support Worker / PA to assist the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Henshaws. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support that makes a real difference.
Location: Manchester (face-to-face; potential hybrid after initial months)
Hours: 6–12 per week, spread over 3–4 days (negotiable)
Rate: £20 per hour
Contract: Ongoing, self-employed basis (52 weeks per year)
Please note:
This role is not employed by Henshaws. Payment will be made directly through Access to Work. As such, there is no holiday or sick pay. Annual leave can be planned in advance, with flexibility to work extra hours to cover holiday periods.

Key Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and initiative
* Excellent IT skills including:Excel (confident with formulas/budgets)PowerPoint (create and edit presentations)Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Outlook
* Calm, positive, and professional manner
* Self-motivated and supportive, with the ability to adapt to varying needs
* Driving licence and own car an advantage (occasional travel to meetings/appointments)
Experience working with blind/visually impaired people is desirable but not essential (training provided)
About the Role
You will be supporting the Executive Assistant to the CEO, who is visually impaired, in a busy executive office environment. This requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to ensure she can continue to perform her role at a high level.
