What You ll Be Doing Your day might begin by supporting someone with their morning routine helping them get showered, dressed, and ready for the day. Then, from visiting local caf s to exploring historical sites, to enjoying a quiet day at home with hobbies or TV, your role is to support people in the way that suits them best. Some people may need support taking medication or getting to appointments we ll provide full training so you feel confident and capable in everything you do. You ll be a helping hand, a friendly presence, and a source of encouragement. Meet *Jake Jake will be 1 of 4 gentlemen moving in to his new flat in the shared house in Wrexham. He s curious and full of energy, with a love for climbing and walking. Jake swims weekly, enjoys keeping his flat tidy, and loves discovering new places. John has mobility car, so a UK manual driving licence is desirable. Training and Development At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
