Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Head of Sales to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across all segments, and inspiring a high‑performing sales team.


Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic commercial plans in close collaboration with the General Manager and Revenue to source, drive, and grow revenue across all segments. Monitor results, adjust strategies and activities to ensure objectives and targets are consistently met.
* Manage and lead the sales team, fostering a highly proactive and high‑performing environment that empowers the team to deliver on all objectives.
* Ensure close working relationships with regional and brand leads, as well as fostering strong connections with the wider global sales team.
* Provide local market knowledge to help us stay ahead of the competition and spot new opportunities.
* Collaborate with key teams to ensure essential information and insights are shared, building strong relationships to drive top‑line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Manage a portfolio of key accounts, leading rate negotiations and account management activities while maximizing market share.


Qualifications

* Looking for a challenge and a place where you can be yourself. Your personality matters more than your CV.
* 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a natural at building strong and lasting relationships, both internally and externally.
* Passionate about hotel sales, goal‑driven and always looking for ways to exceed targets.
* Ability to introduce structured ways of working into a fast‑paced environment that relies on flexibility and speed.
* Experience using OPERA Cloud is desirable.
* Humble and open to ideas, leaving egos at the door and helping get it done.
* Desire to be part of something bigger and have fun along the way.
