Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of operational delivery, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high-quality customer relationships and ensuring that profitability is not just maintained but improved.
Key Responsibilities

Safety First: Champion our safety-first message throughout all project activities.

Bid Participation: Engage in bid activities to create professional, profitable proposals that meet customer expectations.

Pre-Commencement Management: Collaborate with the Pre-construction Manager to manage pre-commencement activities.

Maximize Efficiency: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability during the delivery phase.
*
Customer Requirements: Ensure precise understanding and execution of customer requirements through thorough scope reviews.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks.
*
Team Leadership: Lead your team, including specialist sub-contractors, through all project stages to successful completion.

Contract Reviews: Conduct contract reviews and prepare necessary reports and project data.
*
Business Planning: Collaborate with the Commercial Director to prepare and update business plans.
*
Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
What We’re Looking For
* Demonstrable experience in electrical building services within a construction environment.
* Industry-recognized electrical trade or professional qualification.
* Completion of an apprenticeship in an electrical discipline.
* Specific experience working on high-value projects.
* Ability to obtain security clearance.
