Job Title: Care Services Manager.

Contract Hours: 40 per week PLUS On Call ROTA.

Salary: £30,000.00

Report to: CEO/ Registered Managers

It is expected that the prescribed weekly working hours of the post-holder will be covering services on a flexible rota over a 7 day week. Days off arranged around the needs of the contract and business.

About the role:

As a Manager you will play an important role leading our team, helping us deliver high standards of care to our residents. This is a varied role however the main duties will include:

· Supporting the care team with best practice, training and support.

· Carrying out assessments and admissions of new residents.

· Writing, updating and reviewing care plans.

· Maintain digital records and digitisation.

· Building professional relationships with stake holders and able to deal with regulators/ regulatory requests.

· Delivering a warm and friendly service, in welcoming relatives and healthcare professionals to our home.

· Ensuring audits completed on time (H&S, Finance, Medications, Buildings, Support Plans, RA's)

· Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and evidence maintained correctly

· Must have experience in using MS Excel and MS Word.

You will:

· Be caring, empathetic and respectful

· Experience of medication administration

· Experience of person-centred care plans

· Experience of leading a team

· Flexibility to adapt to the needs of our residents

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

· Knowledge of CQC regulations
