Youll oversee all aspects of the stores success, from driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience to leading a talented team and bringing the brands creative vision to life on the shop floor.
The Role As Store Manager, youll take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring your team delivers exceptional service and a truly inspiring in-store experience.
Youll be responsible for:
Leading, motivating, and developing a team of passionate retail professionals
Driving sales growth and achieving performance targets
Maintaining world-class standards in merchandising, stock, and store presentation
Organising and supporting events, product launches, and demos
Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer engagement
About You To thrive in this role, youll bring:
Proven retail management experience, ideally within a high-profile or premium environment
A strong commercial mindset with the ability to maximise sales and profitability
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, hands-on approach leading by example and inspiring your team
A genuine passion for music or music technology - ideally, you play an instrument or have an appreciation for the industry
Flexibility to work five days per week, including one weekend day
