Our well-established and growing client based in Tamworth (B77) is looking for a skilled Fabricator to join their expanding team. Pay Rate: £12.50 to £13.25 per hour (with potential to earn up to £17.00 per hour once fully trained) Hours: Day Shift (40 hours per week) The Role: As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling a range of metal products to a high standard. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, fabricating components using various methods, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications Carry out MIG and/or TIG welding (depending on experience) Work with sheet metal to cut, shape, and assemble parts Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently Perform quality checks on completed work Maintain a clean and organized workspace Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines The Ideal Candidate: Were looking for someone with a can-do attitude who takes pride in their work and is eager to learn new skills.
