Job Description
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils requiring additional support, helping to adapt learning activities, deliver targeted interventions, and contribute to a calm, inclusive classroom environment. You’ll support both academic and emotional development, working alongside teachers and the SENDCo to tailor strategies that meet each child’s needs.
Required Experience / Qualifications

Experience working with children with SEND in an education or care setting

A proactive approach to learning support

Ability to support and develop individual learning plans
*
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
