Collaboratecross-functionallywithpre-construction,operations,andprojectdeliveryteamstoensureallelectricaldesignsarealignedwithclientandprojectrequirements. Develophigh-leveldrawingsthatarefunctional,compliant,andcost-efficient,adheringtocurrentBuildingRegulationsandindustrystandards. Applytechnicalknowledgetodesignelectricalsystemsforcommercialfacilitiesandindustrialenvironments. Liaisewithelectricalcontractorsandexternalsupplierstorefineandimplementdesignsolutions. Considercostefficiencyandvalueengineeringinalldesigndecisions. Ensureallfinaldesignsarefullycompliantwithrelevantbuilding,electrical,andsafetyregulations. UtiliseBIM(Revit)andotherspecialistsoftwaretodevelopaccurate,coordinatedelectricalsystemdesigns. Experience&SkillsRequired ProficiencyinRevitandBIMdesigntools. Demonstrableexperienceproducingdetailedelectricalschematicsandlayoutsforcommercialorindustrialprojects. Strongunderstandingofconstructionprocessesandhowtheyintegratewithtechnicaldesign. Excellentattentiontodetailandaproactiveapproachtoproblem-solving. Strongcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoexplainandcoordinatecomplextechnicalinformationeffectively.
