Brocket Hall is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and members, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You will manage daily reception duties including greeting guests, handling enquiries, managing bookings, and supporting general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, members, and guests in a warm and professional manner. Manage telephone, email and in-person enquiries efficiently and professionally. Handle bookings and appointments for various services offered at Brocket Hall. Process payments and manage general queries. Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation. Support other departments with administrative duties and communications. Deliver food and beverage services as required by the company. Adhere to health and safety policies and company procedures at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with booking and management systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure. Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
